H-745 grain crusher adapted primarily for crushing corn, broad beans, peas and four basic grains.
II. H-745/2 grain crusher is designed for crushing of four primary types of grain.

When compared to traditional grain mills, grain flaking by our crushers has the following advantages:

• better absorption of feed while feeding animals – app. 95 % (75 % in the case of ground
  grain)
• higher increase in animal weight,
• while lower operating temperature when compared to traditional grain mills prevents grain from losing its nutritional value (protein breakdown)
• lower dustiness
• high operational efficiency and reliability at moderate energy consumption.

To meet the horses’ breeders needs we offer our grain crusher with efficiency 200 kg/h. Our “small” grain crusher is design for making into flakes of four main grains (especially oat) without flour as by-product. Flaking allows the most effective feeding of bred stock.

Feed flaking process involves crushing of grains between two rollers of the same diameter. In order to obtain required grade of milled feed, the best results can be achieved when using grain with water content ranging from 14 to 16%. Different size of milled grain is used for various animal groups based on relevant requirements so that the crushers are equipped with an eccentric adjustment mechanism, which allows adjusting of crushing mechanism as required.
